 When can I expect my order?

We generally ship orders within 24-48 hours of them being placed Monday - Friday. Orders place on the weekend will be shipped out on the following Monday. During busy periods such as as sales and Christmas, it may take up to 5 to 7 days for an order to ship.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking to update from the chosen shipping carrier.

Transit time for international orders varies based on the destination and shipping method selected. We always offer both an economy shipping option and an expedited shipping option for international orders.

 

How do I know if my order has shipped? Can I track it?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number via email.
